are from the first 3 doctors of the 60's, and were caused
by the practice at the time of after the broadcast the
tapes they were recorded on were reused for other shows to

Third Doctor episodes found in Canada alright... the copies
found were black and white too, meaning they had to be converted
to colour once the BBC had them back. So we also owe a debt of
thanks to the people who restored those episodes to their
original - or as near as - condition too.

Some of those re-colorised Pertwee episodes look rough on the DVD discs
- you would know they had been converted from copies.
