actually be a successful (ish) businessman running his own
internet service.
 I really wish I knew a [real] customer of NotKnow so I could ask
them what their experiences of dealing with them were. If Dave's
e-mail replies to customers looking for support are anything
like his posts here you'd imagine his customers would be taking
their business elsewhere fairly quickly.

As to being "successful" over 60% of his "client" list is false and the remaining links seem to be hosted somewhere else.  The only success, I suspect, is the tax breaks his daddy gets due to owning a losing enterprise.
But if you need instructions on setting up your modem in Windows95 he's your man.
