 By having big mouths and getting other people to do all the real work. Trump the Chump and Robot F'n Kennedy also inherited most of their money and positions from their family.

To be fair though, Trump LOST the Family fortune .... and then surrounded himself with people who knew what thay were doing, so he became rich again!!
