Whittaker's first episode got over 10 million viewers. Gatwa can barely manage 2 million. 4/5 of the audience left because of the degenerate wokery including the attempts to sexually groom children and the Timeless Child monster the Doctor was retconned into.

international viewing to only be available on Disney+ will certainly have decreased the audience numbers. People can't be bothered paying all these different silly streaming services.
 

They're pay for the one that has something on it they want to watch. Doctor Whoke on Disney+ is not it.

 

It is unlikely to be retconned so fans should just move on.
