 We always had it as "Joy to the World" here, as that's how the
episode was advertised by the BBC in clips and previews. It was
the promo stuff from Disney+ in November that threw the spanner
in to the works. But I've not seen an explanation for it
anywhere... <shrugs>
 I mean they must have created the artwork for a reason!

Maybe 'they' were aiming the advertising at 'First World' AND 'Third World' countries. ;-P
Which raises the question .... Where is the 'Second World'??
