 No it isn't. Nothing after 2017 is canon, and Missy isn't canon either unless the Master used her form as a disguise like his other disguises which did not involve regeneration.

Eleventh Doctor, I think. So the suggestion was there WITH-IN Aggy's 'Doctor Who ended in 2017' time frame. Even before The Master became Missy!!
