Yeah, he's the worst of the classic series.

Michael Grade was the cure!
Colin Baker had no chance. A great actor seriously let-down by
everything around him.
Colin Baker was pretty bad, but then so was his successor Sylvester McCoy with his Poirot-ised version of the Doctor. Along with McGann's Americanised nonsense, they are probably the three worst Doctors prior to the Politically Correct idiocy more recently.
