 Well... The 'Fugitive Doctor' has to fit somewhere, unless she
is just someone's bad dream. After all, we have seen her in
episodes of Doctor Who. So ... <shrugs> [*]

When I first read, here, of 'The Fugitive Doctor' I thought whomever had mentioned that term was mis-spelling 'The Future Doctor' i.e. someone to follow on somewhere after JodieDoctor rather that someone pre-DoctorBill.
Is the implication, now, that it was 'The Fugitive Doctor' that pinched The TARDIS rather than DoctorBill??
