The primary opposition is probably going to be one that is keeping very
quiet at the moment.

The Labour Party.

Anyone who thinks that if there’s a 200 seat Labour majority, then the
oh-so-patient loony left won’t start revolting left right and centre (or in
truth left, lefter and leftest) just doesn’t know the history of Labour.

Corbynites and old school Bennites will be crawling out of the woodwork all
over to try to impose socialist policies against the will of the Government
…

On the right, a loose coalition of the Tory rump and any Reform MPs that
somehow get elected will be the official opposition. Meanwhile a loose
coalition of Lib Dems and any Greens that somehow get elected wandering
around looking sad and lost, praying that they can shake off the betrayal
of the young by Nick Clegg next time, before the world burns.
