 And since Big Finish _started_ with 7th Doctor audios while Paul McGann was
technically still in role,  and had 8th Doctor audios from 2001 on and
continued producing them throughout Christopher Eccleston’s tenure, and had
Twelfth Doctor Chronicles in 2020 mid Thirteenth Doctor (admittedly without
Capaldi), that’s just plain wrong.

The fact that they started making 12th Doctor chronicles during the middle of Whittaker's run proves me right. If you had any sense you would have realized that this coincided with both Whittaker and Chibnall being sacked during the middle of filming of her second series. If Big Finish are starting on Whittaker stories then that means that Gatwa has been sacked too. Surprised you didn't mention that Tennant II stands between Whittaker and Gatwa but he's still alive since the BBC didn't trust Gatwa to hold the series together by himself.

 They’d also already announced Fugitive Doctor and Dhawan Master box sets
long before Gatwa started or was even announced (April 2022, with the BBC
announcing Gatwa in May 2022), so while the Whittaker era had yet to end …

* Of course, now that they’ve embraced Season 6B and are running with it
for the Second Doctor, Big Finish has had to run around in circles to not
contradict _themselves_. (“The Black Hole” had previously explained away
“The Two Doctors” in another way completely).
 

Proving once again that Doctor Who ended in 2017 and everything afterwards is pure fan fic.
