miserable in the evening. But I'm delighted that it was sunny

playing games on his PC long enough to get out in it... Vitamin
D and all that.

I wasn't playing games on my PC. I was doing the washing and the housework, so I got plenty of sun pegging the washing on the line, taking out the rubbish and taking the washing in when it had dried.
