Time-Flight: A Disappointing Detour
Time-Flight is a classic example of Doctor Who at its
weakest.A promising premise of a Concorde lost in time is
squandered by poor execution.
I will fight Gemini over this. Time-Flight is cheesy camp
sci-fi at its best.
Not only that! It full of intrigue and terror!
"Time Flight" full of intrigue and terror?! <shocked face>
Did we watch the same story?
It is both intriguing and a bit terrifying that the Master is such a
bizarre weirdo that he wears a terrible disguise when he isn’t expecting
the Doctor and has absolutely no reason to be in disguise at all.
It is scary to think that anyone would believe that a Concorde could safely
land or take off from surfaces that are just flattish, not flawlessly
smooth like a Heathrow runway. Or that for some reason it was using the
wheels from a Mini Cooper to do so.
