Yep...The Acolyte, which I gave up on after episode three as
well, is a classic example of my formula: Bad writing + bad
production + bad acting = bad show. Where did that $180
million go?
Some people like to claim Disney are going broke, but if they
can throw that sort of money at a TV show that turns out to be
THAT bad, clearly they have too much money!!!
The problem isn't so much Disney, but the fool Kathleen Kennedy who is still in charge of Star Wars (despite supposedly going to be fired). She keeps making ridiculous decisions based on idiotic "Political Correctness" and is draggin teh Franchise further and further into the toilet. :-(
