The “Parker” in this case is the puppet chauffeur and odd job man in
Thunderbirds to Lady Penelope (“oh Parker? We’ll be needing your lock
picks today”) whose famous long-suffering response to his mistress’s
whims was “Yus, m’lady”.
 
An Internet ID posting as Suzy Wong, Spoonerised as “Woozy Song”,
which may inadvertently be a Dr Who reference, noted that “Parker”
was dead.
