Today our ABC replayed the Doctor Who episode "A Good Man goes to War."
Early on, as we are being introduced to some of the addition characters, we meet two of the Marines at the "Devil's Run" Asteroid base including one that describes himself and his thin companion as ....
Quote
FAT ONE: We're the thin fat gay married Anglican marines. Why would we need names as well?
End Quote.
http://www.chakoteya.net/DoctorWho/32-7.htmThin Fat, I can handle cause one is thin'ish and the other is larger.
Gay Married, had "Gay Mariage" just recently become legal in U.K.??
Anglican Marines. We came upon these 'Troops' previously. Why the connection between "Anglican" and "Marines"?? Are "Anglicans" inherently Anti-War Peacenik type people?? Conscientious objector types??
