Secondly, just say that RTD did retcon the Timeless Child during
S2/15, what then? How would that change the current incarnation
of the Doctor and his storylines? What difference would it make
to the new season of the show?

The Doctor would no longer be an evil monster based on Doomsday (Superman's nemesis from DC Comics) waiting to be released from its host to wreak universal havoc and destruction.
