No, hang on, JodieDoctor was as a result of the Eleventh regeneration, *NOT* the 12th regeneration.
JodieDoctor, in the 12th Regeneration, regenerated into DoctorDavid Mk 2, so could DoctorDavid Mk 2 be The Valeyard??
But as Timeless Child, she already had a few regenerations, before stealing a TARDIS as Willy Hartnell.
