 Funnily enough, the only person I have seen use the term
"sexually groom children" in relation to modern day Doctor Who
is you.
 That's not saying other people are not saying it, but it would
kind of show more the sort of stuff that you are watching on
YouTube than anything else. I watch a lot of Doctor Who stuff on
YouTube and I can't recall the term being used in any video I
have watched, so I'd say you are [once again] using the word
'majority' loosly.
 

It's being used by everyone including Nerdrotic, Ryan Kinell, Heelvsbabyface, George the Giant Slayer, and Ethan Van Sciver. Even Elon Musk has said as much. RFK Jr. too.

Doctor Whoke is being used to sexually groom children and
ignoring that is like the BBC letting Jimmy Saville and Huw
Edwards carry on with their sick perversions when they knew
they were carrying out criminal acts.

 I'm sure there was a lot more of that stuff went on and not just
at the BBC... a lot of people in power everywhere abused their
posistions. New evidence crops up every single day of somebody
doing it at some stage in their past.
