Given her name, I'd guess that rather than being a Time Lord she's a
descendant of Amy Pond / Melody Pond (River Song). I suppose if she's
the daughter of River Song, she could be the Doctor's daughter too

The Doctor isn't human, for all that he looks it, so it seems unlikely that he and a human could have progeny. If he has two hearts, then he must be genetically radically different.

I must admit that my memory is so atrocious these days that I can't remember anything about the episode in which she appeared. I've much more chance of remembering episodes shown ten years ago - or sixty years ago for that matter!
