 You sure will... but the inhabitants of the Yadallee Republic
will still stream BBC1 from their local IPTV service, supplied
by Ahmed from the back of the Aladdin Kebab shop down the road,
anyway... so it won't matter who the BBC sell the international
streaming rights for "Doctor Who" to!

And I as a license fee payer am still waiting for my share of the proceeds and until then what do I care if Yads pirates the episodes?
