 I think the Book 6 you're thinking of is really a short story, "Young Zaphod Plays it Safe".  I've got the entire "Galaxy..." collection in one complied book,
but it's still packed in a box somewhere that even after
living here for 18 months I haven't unpacked....so I
can't quickly go take a look.

 "18 months"!! Get some time up! I moved into this house in October, 2016, and still have some unpacking to do .... mainly Books for my Library .... including one book which (I think/HOPE) contains over $200!!
