"inspired by God" does not mean WRITTEN BY GOD, Binky.
 

It’s also a poor translation. AIUI it should say that scripture is
written _as_ inspiration from God (i.e. written so that God may
inspire the reader.)

And of course, by ‘Scripture’ it only means the Old Testament since
the New Testament obviously hadn’t been compiled back then,
so wasn’t yet considered scripture.
