One 'm' in the middle: Midsomer. Some silly auto-correct 'features' will change it to "midsummer" instead.Plus of course all the proper police ones.I may have mentioned before that I do a bit of Volunteering at the local Salvation Army thrift Shop .... to which someone donated 59 of the 68 old "Midsomer Murders" TV series DVDs
(Bugger!! I original spelt that 'Midsommer' but the went to IMDB and they have it as "Midsomer" so I changed it .... then hit 'Send' and my Spell-checker offered "Midsommer" .... so I don't know!!! ;-) )
