Has history changed since then? If so, did it happen offscreen between
the Christmas special and The Robot Revolution? Or is it a side
effect of the timey-wimey stuff surrounding the Miss Belinda Chandra
star certificate?
It seems like timey-wimey is a great way of explaining away poor
writing. Or maybe more accurately, a way of not having to fill in the
gaps with illogical plotting.
Or am I just overthinking everything again?
I often think Russell T Davies overthinks things. When you stop and
think about a lot of what he writes it doesn't always add up properly.
When he has a big idea the actual details seem to be minor irrelevances.
