behind everything about modern "Doctor Who". The reality is it's
very likely it's just a story and the writer writes things they
think sound fun or works within the story. It's a "Doctor Who"
script not a Gospel or a documentary.

It's a show that is supposed to be written for a family audience and having the main protagonist behave in a disgusting, provocative and sexually harassing manner towards others is completely unacceptable behaviour. This sickening behaviour encourages children to behave in a similar sexualised manner and tells them that if they do not accept the advances of a sex obsessed pervert who the show is centred around they will be systematically bullied and sexually harassed even further.

Sexual harassment is not humerus, especially when it is directed at children.
