I don't think that will end well if he did. There was a time when Aggy
was here ranting and raving about a DOG (Digital Overlay Graphic...we
call them "watermarks" in the US) on one of BBC's channels (BBC 3 I
think...I don't remember, this was a while ago). In Aggy's rants, he
claimed that the DOG was so large that he couldn't watch the channel. He
stated that--instead of just mentally erasing the DOG like people with
intelligence do--he was forced to wrap his screen with tin foil until he
could cover the DOG...which he claimed caused so much of his screen to
be covered in tin foil that only a small patch of screen was visible.

Aggy then decided to do as you suggest, he emailed the BBC. He copy and
pasted the email he sent here...and guess what? It was written in the
same ranting lunacy that we get here on a regular basis. I'm pretty
sure that the BBC didn't give his email a second thought as they deleted
it. A new email to the BBC listing his complaints probably isn't going
to get any more traction than the last one did.
I wasn't the only one complaining about the huge revolting pink DOG that
was plastered over my screen that was brighter than the sun. Almost
everyone else that watched Torchwood complained to and the BBC was force
to reduce the size and dim it down.
