Anyone can fill a jug from the tap, say a prayer over it and
bingo, same thing. After all, they say God created all men
equal don't they?

All men (and/or women) are equal but, just as some can build
Houses whilst others can drive Cars really fast really well
and some can teach you how to add two and two, others can
practise Religious Rites better than others!! ;-P
Yeah, I can imagine saying a prayer over a container of water
might take some specialist skill alright... I wonder, do they
give out certificates for it once you've passed your "water
blessing" training? After all, we wouldn't want non-qualified
people attempting to do it, would we?
:-)
Weeelllll, I think it *IS* possible for "non-qualified people" to bless water ..... but don't quote me!!
