Weeelllll, I think it *IS* possible for "non-qualified people" to bless water ..... but don't quote me!!

... and it just struck me ...... some time ago, it was common for Families to gather around meal tables as pray to bless the food that they were about to receive .... i.e. Ordinary people Blessing the food!!
