Except Disney is so greedy that they hardly ever release anything on DVD, and if they do it's in limted quantities. The means the only real way to legally watch such shows is by paying for Disney+ ... which ridiculously restricts their potential audience. :-\
It's perfectly legal to torrent Andor if you were never going to pay for a Disney+ subscription. The copyright law requires Disney to prove that you watching the torrent caused them to lose money and that's almost impossible to prove unless you are selling or making money off the product you downloaded.
Despite it being perfectly legal why should anyone waste their time finding and downloading Disney's woke faeces? I've got better things to do and watch which I pay for.
