Here's a link to a review of the book... it's easier than
explaining it! Some people love "Lungbarrow", I wouldn't be too
fussed over it. It was a good read, Marc Platt is an excellent
Doctor Who author, I'm just not the type to get worked up over
Gallifrey and Time Lord lore.

Sounds like weirdo fanfic. I don't think anything that's not on screen 
is valid. (And even there not everything is accepted when it doesn't
