The problem is any new fool in charge will always come with their own idiotic ideas about what Doctor Who "should be", so we end up with an even bigger ridiculous ill-fitting mess than we have now. :-\
The show is already dead. How could it possible get any worse? Davies totally destroyed it. They only way back is to write off the RTD era completely and start again from 1996.
