As a thermodynamics specialist, I love it ! However, if their
insulation is real good then it won’t work.
It will actually work better.
If Randall uses the neighbor's interior space as a heat sink/heat source,
he will get higher efficiency for air conditioning/heating, and there
will be less heat transfer to the outside.
