Wherein moviePig implies classrooms adorned with sex flags, Hamas symbology,
and communist propaganda are not valid cause for concern.

Betcha if a teacher came to school everyday wearing a red MAGA hat, had an ICE
flag hanging front and center on the wall, and constantly extolled the virtues
of conservatism and the evils of the Left, moviePig would be singing a
different tune.

 Hardly the solitary outliers they're claimed to be, even you admit it's a

You mean like in the example I cited earlier in the thread which seemed to
give you no concern?

An L.A. public school classroom had the BLM flag, the Palestine flag, the flag
of the Password People, and  "Fuck the
Police" posters prominently displayed, while the American flag was dumped
haphazardly on some furniture in the corner.

This didn't draw any "worry" from moviePig. It merely prompted a sarcastic
question as to whether I was worried that Russians had infiltrated the school
and were orchestrating an uprising, implying the whole thing was much ado
about nothing.

but yes, when I was a kid the school had a dress code for the kids.
There's no reason the teachers shouldn't have to abide by one
as well.

 It was, nevertheless, the standard of the day and we had to abide by it. I
see
 nothing wrong with requiring teachers to present themselves in a
professional
 manner. No visible tattoos, no nose rings, no non-natural hair color, etc.

 
"Non-natural hair color"... that'd be a fun line to try to draw.

That line has been drawn for decades with the students. I see no problem with
applying the same standard to teachers.

Basically, you should look like you're working in a bank. If you want to let
your freak flag fly, do it on your own time.
