Fringe S2E08 'August'.  There is another Observer.  And this one does more than Observe....
The glyphs in this episode spell "blight".
Much of the action in this episode takes place at the Belle Motel in Lowell, Massachusetts. Lowell, a city of over 100,000 inhabitants and the fourth most populous city in Massachusetts, has no motels (in real life).  (According to IMDb, but as I've said 'Fringe' obviously doesn't happen in OUR universe!  :P )
Dr. Walter Bishop: No, it is good news. Concentration at 970,000 on the Scoville Scale, that's one of the hottest Chile peppers there is. I hypothesize a Naga Jolokia from India, otherwise known as the King Cobra Chile. I once ate one. The flatulence was horrible. Very embarrassing. (And it takes a LOT to embarrass Walter!)
