Shapiro argued that the only reason Biden began his speech by focusing on
Ukraine was so he could compare Trump supporters to Vladimir Putin and
Russian invaders to demonize half the American public.

 It was almost funny how Biden kept talking about unity and how he's "the
president of every American" and then almost in the next breath saying
that literally half of America is the equivalent of Putin invading
Ukraine and slaughtering its people.
