the clock one hour two times a year leads to heart attacks, strokes, and
all manner of health problems.Seems to me if that was the case then the millions of people who fly
across time zones and have to change their clocks three, four, even
eight hours at a time, we'd have bodies dropping like flies all over the
globe.I'm in more danger from errant automobile drivers as I've lost my early
morning daylight. But yes, I've managed to cross into the Eastern Time
Zone without dropping dead.I just got back from walking the dog. Dawn wasn't even breaking. At

standard is being used.
Why? You live in a beautiful part of the world with nubile young women
running by on the beach.
When left to my own devices, I tend to fall into a stay-up-late,
sleep-in-late pattern. I usually don't rouse until about 9:30 in the
morning.
I just have a weird sleeping pattern and a dog
who is always willing to take a walk when I want to take one.
If I'm up, I just like the quiet and solitude.
