Based on what I saw that day and how firearms are treated on set by a
responsible armorer, Baldwin should never have been playing around with
a gun outside of an actual filmed scene, and certainly shouldn't have
been pointing it at people. What possible reason could he have had for
pointing it at the director and the DP?
Thanks for your detailed explanation.
As for Baldwin, "Itching for a new suit"? (pun intended)
He was rehearsing. Did you read nothing about the incident?
The woman was near the camera, which is where the actor would be facing WHEN THEY ARE REHEARSING.
Why do you listen to the guy who just lied to you? Baldwin wasn't "playing around with a gun outside of an actual filmed scene"... he was rehearsing a scene.
Baldwin wasn't "pointing it at people", he was pointing it toward the camera. THE ONE HE WAS REHEARSING IN FRONT OF.
Thanny just LIED to you, and you seem to buy it, despite all the FACTS.
Jesus H. Christ!
Can I interest you in a bridge?
