I think it's pretty easy to understand.  The Republican party are perpetual losers who are ideologically and intellectually bankrupt. Trump didn't win legitmately, and Dubya had his "win" gifted to him by an appalling SCOTUS decision to stop the recount in Florida.  The right wing are always "outraged" because they have backed themselves in a corner and this is all they can come up with.  It's non-stop wall to wall horseshit.  None of it is credible, or intelligible or has any sense of validity.  In fact I would say they're utter cheesiness sends them into a tizzy even more.
