What Did You Watch? 2024-05-04 (Saturday)

On Star Wars Day, I watched:

MAY THE 4TH BE... AHH WHO CARES ANYMORE | Film Threat Rants

FAMILY GUY:
"Blue Harvest". The Star Wars spoof.

FAMILY GUY:
"Something, Something Dark Side". The spoof of the second Star Wars
movie

FAMILY GUY:
"It's A Trap!". A lame spoof on the lamest of the real Star Wars movies
(there were only three movies made). I loathed that Star Wars movie so
much that I have never been able to get further than the introduction
of the Ewok. Was the FG treatment pretty close to the movie? I think
the scrolling text at the begining said it all.

BATTLE BEYOND THE STARS:
Shout Factory TV was playing Star Wars rip-offs today. This particular
rip-off starred John-Boy Walton and halfway thru I was hoping Emperor
john Saxon would win.

DOCTOR WHO:
"Image of the Fendahl".
Just as the Fourth Doctor and Leela arrive in present day Fetchborough,
England, Professor Fendelman prepares to experiment on a fossilized
skull which science says should not exist. The skull is actually an
artifact of the Fendahl, a god-like being who feeds on the life force
of others. It has begun to awaken and kill. Worse yet, others seek to
exploit the Fendahl's dreadful power. For some reason, I don't like
Leela as much. I think it's because she puts her hair in a bun now.
