Did a rewatch of SICARIO: DAY OF THE SOLDADO which was a revisit to
the same team we saw in the previous movie. This time the starter
event was a terrorist bombing in Kansas that appears to have been done

They don't him for another film. They really only need Brolin (the girlfriend beater, that everybody seems to have conveniently forgotten about...  :/  ) for another flick.

That and the wound that they showed is survivable. Of course
getting that wound is incredibly lucky. That and the fact that he
didn't move after being shot when that wound shouldn't have knocked
him out.
