At least in the sense that it actually is available. Scheduled for
Friday release but it's already on the Tubi website:

Filmed in South Africa, with South African actors, by a Canadian
production company.

What's it about? Beyond the incredibly vague IMDb synopsis, I mean.

A group of 20-somethings sneak into a rich guy's very expansive home,
thinking he's away, but he's not and he locks down the place and comes
after them. From the trailer, it seems decent.

Well, two people, and at least one of them is a teenager, and they knew
damn well he wasn’t away, and if it were 1000 times better it wouldn’t even
begin to approach being decent.

So ... Better than the usual Tubi fare?
I don't know since I don't check out Tubi. That said it didn't seem
like a horrible movie. Just one that wasn't going to break new ground
as it seems like the typical dangerous home owner (possibly homicidal)
discovers strangers in his home. Things play out as one might expect
from there.
I can answer this, as I've watched some Tubi flicks.
They are... different than Lifetime flicks. They are usually "darker" than Lifetime (for example, "Deadly Cheer Mom" ends with the innocent cheerleader in jail for a crime she did not commit, which would never happen in a Lifetime flick!). Or sometimes they are just kind of weird, like, independent films that Lifetime would never bother with (e.g. "Hidden Exposure").
Sometimes, they are also far "racier" than a Lifetime flick would get - for example "Romeo and Juliet Killers" (directed by Lindsay Hartley!) has actual naked nudity (and not just a little!). But "Marry F*** Kill" has a somewhat racy sex scene, but without nudity, and it's probably no racier than the raciest sex scenes on Lifetime.
However, I have yet to see a Tubi movie that I thought was better than, or even as good as, some of the best Lifetime flicks.
And some of them (e.g. "Teardrop", and also "Hidden Exposure") are actually much worse than most Lifetime flicks...
So they seems to be different/more adult, but they aren't necessarily more entertaining.
