I suppose it's no more foolish than some of the things coming out of
Queen's Park!
 

The foolishness at Queen's Park pretty much ended when voters finally
gave the Tories (Conservatives) a majority again and turned the
Liberals into a fraction of what they were. The NDP is a bit stronger
but still unlikely to form another government for a very long time.

(For those not in the know Queen's Park is the Ontario provincial
legislature which is where Rhino lives...)
