Looks like we missed one.

While it is not a "Tubi Original", the flick "Deadly Fiancée" (with Cerina Vincent) was apparently released "on the internet" - apparently on Tubi, at least - on October 25, 2024.

It is definitely available on Tubi now:

There is no trailer on Tubi's YouTube page, so that pretty well marks it as not a Tubi Original:
https://www.youtube.com/@Tubi/videos
And the movie's IMDb entry (which is doesn't include Cerina Vincent,
I'm in the process of adding her - IMDb marked that edit for review, tomorrow. But she's in the credits for this one, and she's definitely shown in the photos for the film.
BTW) says it's streaming on four different services: The Roku Channel, Freevee, Prime Video and Tubi.

IMDb's ahead of JustWatch on this one (JustWatch doesn't show this film being available anywhere!) - I've even sent a correction to JustWatch to at least acknowledge that Tubi is streaming it.
It comes from Feifer Worldwide, which looks to have made 100s of B movies:
https://www.feiferworldwide.com/
And it was released VOD on October 25:

So it was recently made available to multiple streaming services. That doesn't really count for the list of Tubi Originals, does it?

It's definitely not a Tubi Original.
It's weird that it showed up in my Tubi 'Recommended' list a full *month* after it came to Tubi. (I even watched "That's a Wrap" with Vincent within the last half-year, so I'm surprised Tubi's algorithms didn't feed this one to me sooner.)
If I had noticed this flick before now, I would have mentioned it.
