Not sure what they're advertising there but cars don't seem to be included
Turns out there's a reason for that commercial. Apparently what they
were selling wasn't selling so they are trying to reinvent the
company. The ad is their (strange) way of starting to do so. As part
of this plan they aren't selling any cars now as they work on what
will sell and redesign their entire product line.
It's a strange approach to reinventing the product line but I guess if
they truly weren't selling any cars (or enough to cover their costs)
then stopping production while they redesign and retool makes sense.
I just don't get what they think that ad is going to do for them. It's
going to be forgotten long before they have any new cars to sell.

Apparently Jaguar told their designers to come up with a new car that
looks nothing like previous Jaguar cars and nothing like anything else
on the road. They came up with the "Jaguar Type 00 EV Concept" ...

Looks pretty much like simply a modified version of the recently-new Nissan Z.
To me it reminds me of a Bentley or Rolls Royce with that blocky
design. They are going to have to alter it quite a bit from that
design to have something that will sell.
To perhaps match the silly advert, the concept car is in a disguting
Barbie pink.
Yeah, that's likely the reason for the color. Still trying to show
their split from previous designs. Though if it has no connection with
the previous history of the company why would someone buy this over
any other.
