Pardoning  his son is part of what the rule of law allows. It makes
sense for Biden to do so now as he's allowed the case to go on much
longer than it should have as it's something that would never have
gone on this long if he wasn't related to President Biden.

It doesn't help that Trump's nominees were saying they intended to
keep going after Hunter even after Trump was officially the President
while Trump was planning to pardon his Jan 6th people and who knows
who else. So Biden said "F it" and went ahead and pardoned his only
living son.
