My last very long workday of the year - when I got home, which was late, I decided to just catch up on DOOL, and then went to bed early-ish:
DOOL - Fri's ep thru Tue's ep. Good chunks of these episodes were taken up with Joy drama, or Chad's "plan" to take down Clyde Weston. On the Joy front, EJ has coerced/paid off Joy to leave town. She tells this to Alex, who tries to talk her out of it. Johnny weakly objects to EJ's gambit, but quickly relents ('cos he's a coward!!). Alex confronts Johnny about it, and Chanel catches them fighting, and Johnny lies and tells Chanel that Alex is sleeping with Joy. (Lies!!) Then Kate comes across EJ paying off Joy, interrupting it, and convinces Joy to stay afterall, foiling EJ... Chad, Cat, JJ and NuGabi travel to "Vancouver"(!) to try to take Clyde down. But, of course, it all goes wrong, and Clyde pulls a gun on JJ and Gabi as they rifle through his office(?); meanwhile, Chad and Cat are held at gunpoint by... Cat's Mom!?!... That was most of it - there was a little more with Peyton Meyer as Doug's rotten grandson, and Hope who's immediately leaving town, but I don't care about this.
And that was that for yesterday.
