You're still wrong, Ian. I love how you criticize the court but refuse
to criticize the prosecution which made the decision NOT to turn over
evidence to Baldwin in discovery.
You turn over evidence so you DON'T end up with a court saying
prosecution error in failure of discovery. It doesn't matter that you
believe the evidence was fake and isn't exculpatory for Baldwin.
You don't allow Baldwin the opportunity to make that legal argument
to begin with.
For the 23rd time, the state wasn't going to win the appeal because the
trial judge did not make an error in law. That's why it was dropped.
