Nope. The oldest living actress from the recently posted list is 105 years old. The current oldest living person is a nun in Brazil who is 116 years old.  :-)

The "experts" are morons who change their minds every other week thanks to the idiotic way they run their useless "studies" (tiny sample size, ignore any other factors, etc.).
The reality is that everything can be bad for you if you use it to excess. You should simply eat whatever normal foods and drinks you want sensibly, unless your doctor tells you otherwise (e.g. you are diabetic, etc.).

"Fresh mountain water" is full of minerals and compounds collected on it's travels downstream that will be bad for you if drank to excess. Even if it was 100% pure water, it will still be bad for you to drink too much of it.
