Newsom's Plans for Rebuilding the Palisades

Fear not, people of Pacific Palisades, your governor just announced that they
will "reimagine your community", which is 'progressive' code for "small,
energy-efficient, solar-powered, climate change homes". No more mansions for
you. And by 'mansion', we mean anything bigger than a standard city
apartment.

Also, Newsom declared that the Palisades will be "a community for everyone".
That's Dem-speak for "high-density, high-rise, low income housing, homeless
shelters, illegal alien housing, and rehab centers".

Given the stunning level of mismanagement in preventing the fires and now this
"reimagining" language along with emergency zoning changes in Sacramento to
allow developers to come in and build this stuff, it's getting harder and
harder to resist the conspiracy theories that this was all done on purpose.

At the very least, it's an example of the Democrat mantra in action: "Never
let a good crisis go to waste!"
