That's Dem-speak for "high-density, high-rise, low income housing, homeless
shelters, illegal alien housing, and rehab centers".

As it's fire country, shouldn't there be fewer people, not more people?

Given the stunning level of mismanagement in preventing the fires and now this
"reimagining" language along with emergency zoning changes in Sacramento to
allow developers to come in and build this stuff, it's getting harder and
harder to resist the conspiracy theories that this was all done on purpose.

At the very least, it's an example of the Democrat mantra in action: "Never
let a good crisis go to waste!"
